After signing up, our team schedules an onboarding call to help you configure your event page, categories, pricing, and registration settings. Most organizers go live within a few days.

Yes! The platform supports in-person, virtual, and hybrid race formats. You can track results for all formats and issue digital finisher certificates.

Event slots are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you need more time, contact us and we will work something out.

Platform and payment processing fees are built into the per-event pricing. There are no hidden per-registration charges. Contact us for detailed pricing.

Absolutely. You can add custom fields, configure t-shirt sizes, meal preferences, emergency contacts, and more. Each race category can have its own registration fields.
